I've heard that it is possible to compress a movie file into a very small size with adobe premiere pro version 7. If anyone has done this before, could someone help me with this? Thanks Posted by: motoxer4533 Yeah, its possible. However, the smaller you go, the lower the quality. Still, its really easy. Go to : File > Export > Adobe Media Encoder. Once there, you can select which type of output you want (I.E. WMP 9 1024 KB Download, or even 256 KB DL.) For my website, I usually compress the videos to 256kb dl, to make it smaller. You can fiddle around with the settings to see which one works best.. but beware.. it does take about 5-15 min for around a 5 min video. Hope that helps!!:) Posted by: piano0011 Thanks! I will try it. I have tried so many times with other softwares and zipping the file but it was still too big! I know that the picture quality would be lower with a smaller size but need to back up some files otherwise my hard drive is nearly all used up! hehe Thanks! vBulletin Copyright ©2000 - 2003, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.
