[url]http://www.dslreports.com/tools[/url] -Mike Posted by: ekĘsine windows XP proffessional has built in monitoring tools. it is either the administravive tools or you have to goto windows add/remove windows components and add the network monitor utility. also you can just alt-ctrl-del and look at the network utilization. it shows a line graph and percentages.
