Website Database Creation

Hello Forum,

I work for a small Point-of Sale company and I run the implementation team.

As a huge side project I'm trying to develop an website that will allow new customers to create their POS database using the surveys provided on the website.

I'm pretty proficient in SQL, but I need guidance and a starting point for the Website.

What books should I get to help me through this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You!

ASP.NET. I'm not sure if I'll use VB or C#.
