PC build for a friend

A co-worker of mine wants me to build him a system like mine and a couple parts are not available on Amazon.

What would be a suitable sub for the EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 T2 power supply and the Phanteks Glacier One 360MPH CPU cooler?

Don't like that the radiator only fits in the front.

Is there a Corsair iCUE compatible case where the 360mm radiator will fit up top?
