Hi I'm having problems with my xbox 360 (as most people)
We have taken it apart and it started working fine... Except now it doesn't read discs.
Tried cleaning the lens, oiling the thingys that move the laser... twisting the screws on the back of the laser and of course beating the **** thing.
It spins once and stops and says open tray.. I know there is a lot of people with the same problem but I've searched the internet and youtube for solutions and can't seem to find anything useful.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get this fixed (other then purchasing a new drive) please let me know! It would be much appreciated!

If you have messed with the laser adjustment screws, you just screwed your drive. Buy the same model drive, and swap out ONLY the circuit boards, and put the new drive in. Otherwise you just lost your self an xbox.
