I just bought a new hard drive (and a new power supply for my graphics card thats being shipped, but that doesn't have anything to do with the problem that i know of) plugged it in, installed windows 7, installed my current graphics cards software. Then I download Soldier Front 2 and it constantly freezes for half a second with a weird buzzing sound. What could be the issue with this and how can I fix it??

Could be anything really. To narrow it down, lets get your system specs.

That doesn't give me too much information actually, but I now know you have an AMD dual core, with a 650ti.

What is your current PSU, and can you try running the old HDD to see if the problems persist?
