heya,

So I'm having a *bouncy ride* experience in wow: my screen froze's for a second once every 10 to 15seconds. It's playable, but highly annoying and making my instance experience quite dull.
My FPS is jumpy as h*ll, bouncing from 10 to 35. No matter if I'm in a city, outlands, northrend, moving, sitting, browsing q'log...You get the point.
So any ideas to increase it?

I've tried all the tricks lowering and playing with graphics, deleting cache, wtf, interface, using repair tool, no add-ons, with add-ons, checked all the background programs running and so on.

System I'm running with :

Mac Mini with thunderbolt display
Intel 7
8GB memory
ATI Radeon HD 256MB GDDR5
500Gb HD

Thanks in advance :)

Hows your connection?

I used to play it on an Intel E2140 (2-core 1.6GHz) and 8600GT w/o much problem.
Had to turn particle and ground effects to near minimum, but still visible so I wouldn't run in fire.
Also view distance, shadows, ground clutter, etc, way down.

Looks like you are running a better rig than I was though...
