After new dashboard update i cannot DL netflix... ****in me off please help

i tried deleting everything and cleared my cache and still wont download not even one percent... no clue what to do, its just very frustrating, please help if you can.

PS i had netflix before the dashboard update working just fine

Please help, its so frustrating that I can't use something I pay for, especially when ive used it while this is my second year, it makes no sense i click on the app button then it says searching for app, then it says downloading netflix, and it does nothing and ive let it sit for about an hour and a half so it should at least have 1% by then
 
It possible that because it is a new dashboard, that all the apps have not been updated yet. You may have to wait or you could e-mail Microsoft and see what is happening about it.
