I found out what was causeing the unexpected restarts. I brought it to the shop and diagnosed it and found out it was my card so i am now using my onboard. Everythings working fine now.

Problem fixed! had nothing to do with my Quad GPU (i knew that right away) and it had nothing to do with my powersupply heating up or anything like that.. Topic can be locked.... and ya i only post here if i have problems..
