I love Wordpress and would highly suggest it, as well. It basically allows you to have your own website and content without having to know anything about coding.

It sounds like this person is trying to get some suggestions as to which websites allow guest posting, as in blog guest posting. Either because they're genuinely interested in lending their writing skills to a tech blog just to sort of hone their skills or to pimp out their own site / links...

I used to have a surround sound setup for my PC, but I don't even know what I did with it. I think I gave it away. Now, if I want high quality sound, I just use my gaming headset. :)
