I've deleted all the original Programs for the "Programs" though (For example i've deleted Malwarebytes but it still has the "Program" opening at startup) , but they are still running. I can't seem to delete them either...

When I right click the extension Adguard Adblocker I don't see properties...

I looked, but all I have is Adguard Adblocker, which I downloaded from the windows store.

Just downloaded Google Chrome, and I haven't seen any ads yet. It might only be just on Microsoft Edge.

The manual proxy server is turned off if that was the setting you wanted me to have off.

I've looked through my settings and can't find where you turn off proxy. There is a page where it asks whether or not to auto detect proxy settings though.

I've done a full antivirus and root check on Avira, but it didn't find any adware either.

Nope, the ads are still popping up occasionally. Anything else I can do?

I've just deleted it. I try going to different websites and browsing to check if I still get ads. Also, I think I'll switch to Avira. ;)
