    CSS and Different Browser Woes

Issue Resolved!! Instead of changing the margins on the table, I changed the margin of the <div> encasing the table. Now everything aligns right across the board. Thanks Office Politics for the links. If I could give you rep I would.

    CSS and Different Browser Woes

That website was actually very helpful. I have resolved my Firefox issue by making my top and bottom margin for my table to 105px. So my current table margin settings are, margin: 105px auto;. I am still having an issue centering the table in Safari. It is such a weird issue. If I put a...

    CSS and Different Browser Woes

I am building a website. I have most of it working and dynamically generating with PHP, but for what ever reason on this one page I am having all kinds of trouble getting all browsers to render properly. I have the page looking like I want in IE6-9, Latest Chrome, and Latest Opera. I want the...

    Proxy Server Questions

I just got done doing a Websense Demo, and I have one issue with it. The transparent authentication (web filter rules based on user credentials) does not work with Mac computers. Since Websense uses Netbios (not supported by macs) to facilitate that. So Websense's solution to this is a...

Anyone here work at a NOC?

My desk is located in the NOC, but my current responsibilities don't involve networking. This is a bit off topic, but I just got my CCENT on Wednesday and I'm working on my CCNA. I couple of guys in our networking department have suggested taking the full CCNA exam 640-802 instead of taking...

    unlocking cores? huh?

I put a Phenom II 555 BE in my fiance's computer and was able to unlock it to a quad and get a stable overclock to 3.8ghz. I was impressed since I only gave $70 for the CPU, but I got lucky. My friend got the same CPU and mobo, but was unable to unlock any and have the system run. Also to keep...

Do I Need a New Router?

That is odd, and your torrent downloads are fine, just your web browsing. Just for testing purposing you could put the problem computer in the DMZ of your router to rule out any router level SPI firewalls or blocked ports. I wouldn't think it would be a router firewall problem since the other...

    Intermittent Connection Issues.

Is your computer connected wirelessly? If so it might help to pick a wireless channel instead of having the router auto-detect one. When I was having intermittent wireless issues, that seemed to fix it.

Are your network cards showing up in Device Manager? Do they show up under Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings and are they enabled?

Do I Need a New Router?

Are you hardwired into your router or are you using wireless on your main computer? Are you running any firewalls or Peerblock on your main computer?

some help needed for an i5-2500k build

I agree that the Sabertooth is more style than substance, but sometimes you just gotta live large  Man, I have been out of the loop of Corsair power supplies. Last time I was in the market for a PSU, Corsair's 650w was right at $100. Honestly OCZ doesn't have the same price advantage...

    SD Card Issue XP SP3

All SD cards won't work on the laptops having issues. Currently I have only seen the problem on the Dell E6400's. We have some E6410, but the card readers on that model doesn't use the sdbus.sys driver, and so far non having issues.

    SD Card Issue XP SP3

I am currently having an issue with multiple users in our environment not being able to access SD Cards. All of our users are using Dell Laptops that have built in SD Card readers. When they put in a SD card the computer recognizes that a card has been inserted but nothing else happens. If...

some help needed for an i5-2500k build

For a motherboard I like the Asus Sabertooth P67. For a GPU it really boils down to how much you want to spend and if power consumption is a priority. I got a reference model Radeon 6950 for $270 and unlock it to a 6970 ($360 card) with a firmware flash. I'm planning on trying to find another...
