I am trying to transfer a photo album from my daughters ipad mini to my pc. I can't seem to find any album when I connect her device to my computer. Is it possible to do this transfer without downloading some extra software. or itunes? She has an ipad mini 2 and I am running windows 8.

Sorry. That's the window that appeared. It closed almost as fast as it opened though. When it would close, it was scrolling through a bunch of information, if that makes any difference.
