The CPU is fine. I have the same one overclocked to 3.6ghz and 2 8800GT's in SLi. I used to have a single 7900GS with my E6300 clocked at 3.0ghz It ran CoD at medium. I would say make sure your CPU is clocked somewhere around 3.2ghz a 4870 1GB will be very nice.

Not bad for a pre built however do it yourself. You can get an Athlon X4 Quad Core, 4GB of RAM, a 4870, 500Gb Hard drive, and 630W PSU with 50A for that price though.

It's hard to say really but I would say on a 64 bit OS with only 2GB of ram playing Crysis on High...the RAM probably is low.

If those are max loads you are absolutely fine however those seem too high for a stock chip with a cooler of that magnitude.
