I did the cloning last night. Swapped the drives over and cannot believe the difference. It's totally transformed the computer can't believe the difference

I'm not 100% sure it is but say if it is wouldn't I need 2 loads of cables ? One set to plug the original drive in and another set for the ssd. Sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree lol

Don't you have to plug both hard drives into the motherboard to do the clone?

Daft question but do they come with the cables when you purchased the ssd or do you have to buy them seperate?

Might pick on up from pc world later. Do they come with seals or anything? Can you plug ssd into any machine or do you have to have a certain type of motherboard for it to work?

I wasn't expecting it to preform miracles but thought it might solve the problem of it going funny for a couple minutes at a time. How do I go about sending it back once I've installed Windows on it?

It's a good 9 months old but I can proberly count on one hand how many times it's been used because it gets frustrating lol. I'll have a look later see what's it like later. In the past when I've defragmented hard drives never noticed any difference

Thanks mate. What are the advantages for the ssd over a normal hard drive? And would the upgrade from the Intel pentium to say an i5 be worth it?

£300 on just the tower only os I can sort out later

Around the £300 mark would be good if possible but don't mind spending some more if it's worth it. Don't need any fancy graphics card etc just a decent pc which will last a few years
