FYI I use Trinity Rescue Kit to either blank out the password or unlock the admin account on windows to strip the users password then lock the account back. I've never had problems, just to let you know for future reference.

First thing if they put their router in bridged mode you shouldn't have to worry about conflicting LANS. Does comcast use dhcp or pppoe? If they use pppoe then you'll have to change that in your d-link and put your username and password in.
On a side note you might want to block peer to peer traffic like utorrent to keep guests from downloading illegal files. I've seen these GIS-R4 Internet Gateway's that will get the job done.
It'll keep those pesky copy wrights off your back! :)
Figured it out... :( The stupid default program that comes with the camera to provision it has some kind of bug in it. Pushing any kind of setting to the camera literally bricks it. So just logging into the web interface making any changes work fine... Geez should've known better than to try...
