As of sunday microsoft sent through an update to fix the Bluescreen errors that Vista 32bit systems were getting when installing the SP2. In the process the update went to 64bit Vista systems causing blue Screens on first boot the next morning.

The actual file for the internet explorer is in Start>Computer>C:/ drive> Program File (x86)>then Internet Explorer. The start search is a good tool and you can find nearly anything using that on Vista, as long as you don't run some kind of registry tool that removes or breaks the search links...
