    What You've Just Bought!

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! The Omni is actually pretty bad. It's heavy, it's expensive, and it doesn't feel like walking at all. The experience is so far detached from walking and running in real life most hands on reports i've seen say it adds nothing to immersion. It's just a...

    What You've Just Bought!

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! Nah, I don't think it'll interest that many people until it's really good. 150FOV rather than 100deg FOV, and 4K instead of 2K etc. Plus, no one is going to care if there are no games they are interested in. I'm interested in the technical side of it as...

    What You've Just Bought!

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! Are......... are you saying there isn't much to talk about w/r to VR ? That's basically flamebait from my perspective :p I fall asleep and wake up thinking about VR. I could talk non stop and write about it for hours and hours on end. No, there is not...

    What You've Just Bought!

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! VR news / blog / review site. Not so much news, because that requires 24/7 work. Not feasible for myself when I already have a full time job. I'll post important news articles, but they will always be several hours late. Website is 75% there, just need...

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! My problem right now is I sit at work like " I need to do this, that, and this, and write this and that!" and I get all excited, but i'm busy at work ofc. Then I get home. Aaaaaaaaaaaand i'm nackered and just want a break :p If I had some massive balls...

    What You've Just Bought!

Re: The What You've just Bought thread! Bought a couple of books. The paperback versions were £11 for one and £6 for the other. Changed to Kindle edition, the first book was £2.80 and the second was £0.00 :D

The BBC actually has it's own news intelligence service that integrates directly into the MoD intelligence units. They know a lot more than they let on, but for national security and defence reasons there are significant delays on the news they put out, if at all.

Re: Today I have... Decided it's close enough to Windows 10 release that it should all be working well enough for the most part, so i've install the 10162 x64 build as my main (and only) OS. Didn't get off to a great start :p my Ethernet adapter didn't work. I could see it's trying to use...

Re: Today I have... Heh, that reminds me of when I made a huge batch of Mac and Cheese. Except I mistakenly bought Sweetened Condensed Milk instead of Evaporated milk. My mac & cheese tasted like toothpaste.

Re: Today I have... Today I spent 3 hours making a Tikka Masala. If anyone wants to give it a go, the ingredients are as follows. I even provide them in yank language because i'm kind. 1/4 cup cabbage 1/4 of a carrot 1/4 of a bell pepper 3 large white onions 3 garlic cloves 1 inch of ginger ^...

Re: Today I have... Not had a single issue in ages here with my Titan X. Is it your SLI + seperate 980 screwing stuff up ? 99% of the time i'm just on the internet. Only play games for 30 to 60 minutes at a time, so hard to say if it's stable after hours and hours of gaming.
