Technically, servers can run many more :).

    300gb HDD

Ironically, Seagate purchased Maxtor in late 2005 :p. My recommendations are Western Digital or Seagate, which of the two has the better price is the one I'd go with.

    logitech G15 keyboard

I can definetly see the potential in this keyboard, especially for games that require tons of macros and key bindings. WoW really comes to mind. Having 18 macros right by your left hand would be awesome. That LCD could definetly be put to use too. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the...

    naming convention - conroe/core duo

I'm all for Conroe. Even though that's technically not what it is, Conroe circulated as its name for so long most people still refer to it as that. It'd be easier to just continue going by Conroe; it's a cooler word, anyway.

    Better to build or buy?

You might want to take a look at Sony Vegas if you want to get into more advanced video editing and managing. I hear it's one of the best programs of its type out right now.

    Why AM2?

The only reason I can think of is because DDR RAM is also nearing the end of its days, and you could upgrade to DDR2 now and have RAM ready for your next upgrade. Other than that, I don't know. AM2 offers hardly any performance increase; it's just not worth it imo. Plus, there are a ton of great...

    which monitor

Well, I voted Viewsonic VX922. Viewsonic is a reliable and great brand, fastest LCD available, and my personal favorite.

    Best Gaming Mouse?

For wired, MX518 or G5. For wireless, G7. I have one and it's great.

    Help with new WoW system

Everest, RivaTuner, and if you have nVidia, their control panel can monitor GPU temperatures. RivaTuner is the best for monitoring the temperatures imo, because it has a graph that shows how the temperature rises and falls over time.

2 HardDrives in a PC [problem?]

SATA HDD's don't have jumpers. For the original poster, if your problem is that you cannot access or use the HDD, do the following: - Right click My Computer. - Click Manage. - Go to Disk Management on the list to the left. - Initialize the HDD you're having problems with. - Format the drive...

    NewEgg?

Same. I order most of my stuff from Newegg, but I always do a price check first. ZipZoomFly and Newegg are about 50/50 as far as who has the best price in my experience.

    Logitech G5 Vs. MX 1000

G5. I have the G7 and I love it, except for the fact that it doesn't have a forward button and middle click is hard to do without side scrolling.

    conroe release moved forward

Wow, that's a nice push forward. Yay for AMD price drops sooner! :P

    dedicated PSU??

Pretty cool, but there's not much use for it right now. Perhaps if the 8 series require as much power as I've read it might be useful.

    Need Advice on CPU's

No, it isn't limiting your GPU. The X2 3800 is a great CPU. If you aren't comfortable with the amount of performance it's giving, why don't you try overclocking it?
