Don't all AES 256 encryption use the same algorthyms?

You can use IPad's as E-readers tho' can't you, would have thought that the IPad would be better than a E-reader tbh.

Just a quick question to settle an argument. Which RAM is more power full, 6800 or 2700? I was arguing the lower the number then the more powerfull cause that's what I got told on here, but I have now been told that the higher numbers are more powerfull which is the actual case?
