Why is it that people think they need such large wattage PSU's? A buddy of mine has a PentiumD, GeForce 9800GTX, 4GB ram, 5400RPM HDD and a 1100 WATT PSU LOL 300 should suffice the setup as shown. Dont over do the wattage, besides it'll save you some cash!

Never had issues with G.Skill, Crucial, or Patriot. I recommend these two since I have used them in builds for some customers of mine. :) G.Skill Crucial, a bit pricey but GREAT ram and triple channel kit!

Or you can try repairing windows. Place your Vista install disc, and load it up. When it asks to install Windows, look lower and fine REPAIR. Click it, and choose your OS and then choose to repair BOOTUP. Should help with missing bootmgr problems.

If you plan to OC I suggest the Zalman CNPS 9900 I use one on my Phenom II X4 955, and my Core i7 950 Works WONDERFULLY and is easy to install!

I use the Zalman CNPS 9900 for my Phenom X4 940. I got it to 4Ghz easy, and it kept the CPU around 40-42c idle, and 55-60 gaming with ambient temps around 77 F. I tested with COD 4, Ghostbusters, FEAR 2, and Section 8 on max settings, with AA. And its less the 60USD on Newegg now I think.

Maybe your pressing it too long? Try tapping it. I had that happen on an old keyboard for my desktop, did the same thing. I tapped it, and only one Firefox window popped up :)

Thats social sites for you. I hate them cause they are the main sites of choice for hackers, and all.

Press ctrl+alt+delete, click processes and find firefox.exe, then click that, then click end process. Annoying, yes but if that ALWAYS does it to you, then ending the process will always close it for good.
