Try building a Small form factor build with the fractal design node 202. Depending on your motherboard you can still have really decent specs and it's upgradable but it's quite cheap at the same time.

Hi, Try checking whether the drivers are fully up-to date and check whether the mouse is working correctly in Device Manager. Also there are some BIOS settings for different mice but this depends on your motherboard.
