I think my power supply only has 350 Watts , i need to buy another power supply if i want to buy a good video card right?

I want to buy a video card for less than 50€ but i dont know whats the best one .. I have a i3-4330 3.5 Ghz , my motherboard is a Asus H81M-A Intel H81 SK1150 and 4G of RAM. I have a AMD Radeon HD 3450 256mb so im using the integrated card /Intel HD 4600 ) Can someone help me?
