Whelp. Looks like my laptop was lost in the mail. Insurance has paid out so I got my money back at least. Ordered upgrades for my desktop instead. Bought a new motherboard, RAM, CPU cooler, and CPU. i9-12900k, 32GB's corsair memory, and a Gigabyte B660i mini ITX board. And a Noctua cooler...

Lenovo P1 G4, fully loaded. I hear it's not the best thermally, but eh. I'm not too concerned. It was painful even getting a hold of this laptop, the supply chain nonsense is ridiculous. I'll be traveling a lot more so a good laptop is a must. My old X1 Carbon was starting to show its age.

1440p 165hz screen. I'm going to wait and see how things perform. Buying parts in Japan will cost me another $300 on top of the already expensive prices, so I'm definitely waiting until I visit the US again :tongue:
