I couldn't find anything a few years back that didn't have major delay. Your best bet would be to connect it directly to the screen unless you want it to run threw your pc.

Your problem lies with your memory cards. Disconnect the power and make sure they are not loose, have signs of damage. Check if there is any damage to the motherboard aswell
