Haven't flashed yet, thought I'd ask here first. One stick at a time has been tried. All sticks work by themselves or in any combination up to 4 GB. When I add the third stick (6GB) it wont post. Same with all 4 sticks (8GB)

Try formatting it as FAT32, not NTFS. Does your second computer see the thumbdrive? Can you open it and see the files? Correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think you can transfer itunes songs from one computer to another just like that. Its been a loooong time since Ive used itunes.
