I installed chatfuel and I had some progress. Anyone have any ideas how to create a day by day step guide for a diet, meat fish vegetables, on day 1, day 2, etc. I was thinking I could link an RSS feed there and create one myself. Any suggestions, please humble me.

I get my phones on upgrade, so it'll be a fair bit cheaper. I think they unlock them and then sell them on or refurb them at the cell providers shop. Would be interesting to know the life of a phone after you hand it in after an upgrade. What actually happens to it.
