You're right, the 450 is fine for those games. Can easily buy a new card later on down the road too.

Pretty tight budget man, you'd be best served to keep saving for a month to ensure you can afford a system that will play BF3 etc optimally.

The graphics card certainly will not be bottlenecked by the CPU. Which games were you planning on playing with this, you may want to invest in a 460 if you can squeeze the extra cash.
