It's been out for a while here in the UK and has gotten great reviews, especially for the price! Only £20 for a brand new game rated above 80% can't be bad. The graphics are outstanding too from what i've seen. I'd recommend you get this game if you have a PS3.

I suppose you've got to think about the functionality of the phone itself. I mean you can make a phone that is tiny (we're talking about a cm tall and wide) but you wouldn't be able to fit the buttons or screen on it so it would have to be made bigger. I suppose the smallest they would get is...
