I had a weird question for you guys that is been perplexing me and everyone I ask about it. It seems that when I move my mouse that it actually speeds up the loading speed of a page or loading of a program like PS CS5 or similar. Has anyone noticed their computer doing anything like that? TIA

I have a question about the speedstep part of the OC is that what causes me to have to move the mouse to make the computer run faster by the cpu boosting itself? I found if I wiggle the mouse pages load faster and programs too.
