Yeah I used a different BIOS. And you can't add case fans, unless you cut a hole yourself. Dell's cooling is actually quite efficient.

Just because he has a higher end card does not mean he is guaranteed FPS. Turn AA off, at 1600x1200 the pixels are so fine that it really doesn't help.
