As I said, no event indicating a crash is created.
I RMAd the new graphics card just to be sure that it's not the culprit of the crashes.
I also got a new case and I'm waiting for some money to come in to maybe get a new mobo.
I also benchmarked and tested all components again, without fail...

straight to my problem:
I get random black screens, then a sound loop/freeze and a restart shortly after.
NO crashdump files get created. (Yes, I checked everything to have them enabled)
My Hardware:
CPU: i5-2500k @ 4GHZ
GPU: Zotac GTX 970
RAM: 2GB G.Skill 1600 (4 times => 8GB)...
