So my monitor flickers quite often, usually for about 10 minute after coming out of sleep, then just on and off every few minutes. It flickers in that it'll quickly switch between regular brightness and slightly less bright continuously. Do you think it's failing? It would be awesome to learn...

I do have some molex cables actually, they just weren't attached to the psu. I just ordered some fans which come with Molex adapters in addition to the 3 pin connectors.

What do you mean by motherboard header? Is there somewhere else on the motherboard I could plug a fan in other then the 3 pin fan plug? Doesn't the motherboard need to monitor the speed of the fans does that not matter? Also, I have SATA power connectors, instead of molex.
