    Changed my mind.. AGAIN

^ What he said. Don't feel sketchy about TigerDirect. They are a great company and have good support. NewEgg is always my go to store though. As far as ASUS, they rock at almost everything they do. My tablet, laptop, mobo, video card, screen, and some accessories are all ASUS. Their laptops...

Cant find the right mobo :S

The mods messed with my post while I was editing it to add that I also agree in getting the 570s over the 480s. Only real difference is temp. 570's run cooler, which will allow you to push them further should you go that route.

Cant find the right mobo :S

The ASUS Evo and the MSI NF980 G65 are the only two that will run in full x16+x16, the others either run at x16+x8 or x8+x8. The MSI G65 will certainly support the Thuban (PhenII x6). You will most likely have to flash the BIOS out of the box, which is really easy. (Just place the right BIOS...

You guys are still foldin' proteins huh? heh, good old times. Did they ever release software that folds on both ATI and nVidia cards?

High budget build, need a powerhouse

Currently I have a Cooler Master V8 laying around, new in box. I planned on using that until I install the water cooling a few weeks down the road.

High budget build, need a powerhouse

Yes of course. The SSD will be the boot drive, and contain the most frequently used host machine programs and files. The Windows XP VMs will sit on the 2 500GB platter drives (in RAID0) along with their page files and all my other programs. (I am looking to get a NAS ready backup system going...

High budget build, need a powerhouse

Been a while since I've been on Tech Forums, but I always stop back when I want a little advice :P Basically what I'm using this for is my primary work computer, as well as my personal media machine. I feel integration of the two is important, I like having everything (work and play) in one. I...

I would recommend getting two SSD's of the same size so you can RAID 0 that ****. No need to worry about longevity with those babies.

2 Pin fan when Mobo Supports 3/4 Pin

No such thing as a 2 pin fan. What you have is a 3-Pin fan without the RPM sensor. The connector, from what you said, seems to be a 3-pin connector with 2 wires. That's just fine, most cheap case fans are like that.
