Have you looked at Microsofts Process Explorer and /or Process Monitor?

Been a while since I used Shrink but don't you have to have a burning prog (Nero or similar) installed to actually do the burning? Is it possible that's your problem?

You can raise the fan on the cooler to allow the memory to fit underneath, if the clips won't hold the fan in the raised position use cable ties. Nice gear you've got there

If the third HDD is big enough to take all your data then it will be fine. You'll need to rebuild your RAID array for the new m/board (most probably) but the third drive will work no worries
