Quad core build freez ups

well all clocks run at stock speed. and the only odd thing is it set ram to 1.5V but we set it to 1.8V. and my pc beats it on vista ultimate startup. mine's like 20 sec from time to push button and to desktop and his is like a 1min and 10sec. so i think it's kindve weird
