Hi everyone!

I have a legit copy of Windows Vista Business 32-bit that I installed on an older model computer. I have installed this copy of Windows Vista Business and registered it with Microsoft. I have allowed the system to perform massive Windows Vista updates, but it keeps getting stuck with update number KB936330 [Shown as Windows Vista Service Pack 1].

When I click install, it tells me it installed a 1.9MB file, and it keeps saying it installs this exact file over, and over and over again.

In reality, Windows Vista Service Pack 1 is not being installed, and it appears that the system is stuck in some sort of strange loop.

Is there anyone here that can help me sort this out? I have been struggling with this issue now for over 3 weeks.

Thank you,

Soar

You can try manually installing the KB936330 that it mentions.

Go to Microsoft's site, type that into the search bar, and download the one that matches your OS.

You can also do that with SP1 as well.
