Hi guys! I have a bit of a problem here...
You see, I have Windows 7 64-bit version and I want to install a 32-bit one. Can I do that and will my laptop accept that?

Why exactly do you want to downgrade from 64bit to 32bit?

But yes, it will work fine. You'll just have to reinstall Windows to do so.

Since you'll need to re-install Windows, it also means that you'll need to re-install all of your programs.

As others have said, a complete reinstall of windows would be required.

Is there a particular reason for the downgrade? Perhaps there are other (less intrusive) ways of accomplishing what you want. Windows 7 has some pretty good compatibility tools to allow older programs to run.

anez390, since you CPU supports 64-bit OS, you shouldn't downgrade it to 32-bit version. However here you are a link to Win 7 Advisor It is probably the best way to understand if you hardware is ready for win7 64-bit and whether it is necessary to perform the downgrate process.
