Sunplus SPCA1528 Digital Helmet Cam Software not compatible with Windows 7 64-bit

For the life of me I cannot find the right drivers for this camera to link to my PC. The camera itself came with a Driver CD that doesnt work on my OS can anyone direct me to the right place, I have been looking for what seems like an eternity! Thanks

That didn't work the page has no download link. After reviewing 30 sites I can't find it. Not even on the Sunplus site who is the manufacture of the helmet cam. Thanks for the link but it's a bust..
