Razer Salmosa windows 8.1 problems

I've got a problem and I'm asking you for help.
I've recently upgraded my win8 to win8.1. After installing some software and restarting computer a couple of times my mouse stopped working. It's not just a mouse. The computer doesn't see the mouse despite installing drivers taken from Razer site.
This is Razer Salmosa gaming mouse bought a couple of years ago. I can't see the reason why it's not working. What should I do now? Is there any solution?
I'll be grateful for every help.

Check Device Manager to see if it recognizes the mouse or sees any problems with it/its drivers.

Try a different port.

After pluging in the other appliance I realised all the USB ports are shutdown. I reinstaled interface drivers and everything works just fine. Thanks for helping.
