I want:
A Tablet with a TOUCH SCREEN.
About an 11" screen.
Running/Able to run windows 7 (optional).
Good touchscreen capability, high accuracy, sensitive.

I also need it to be under 300 USD. But if that's too low I can afford 500 USD. No higher. But if you've found something I'd like, feel free to post it and I'll have a look. Everything helps!

Help me out?

As for the laptop...
By "Best", I mean cheap but effective!

I want to replace my piece of junk, but I don't have a lot of cash, so I need something cheap!(Like, maybe under 300 USD? I know, I'm cheap.) I just need it for everyday use like internet browsing, writing, and such, maybe able to run some lower quality games here and there.

I need the HD to be higher than this one (which is around 75GB), and I'd like to run Windows 7 on it. Duo Core processors are nice, decent speakers are good, maybe a webcam and a semi-large screen size would be nice, but again, I'm on a budget. I'd rather stick to that than go for luxuries.

I could also go for a netbook. Maybe.

Thank in advance for the help!

You, my friend, are expecting too much. Tablet desktops start around $1000, IIRC.

At the 300-500 limit, you are limited to what you can do.

Laptops these days come with 160-320GB drives. You will not be low on space.

Yes, a netbook would be excellent for your price range. I'd recommend the ASUS Eee line. I own one myself, no faults.
