I recently purchased an s210 ideapad directly from Lenovo through the mail. Two of them had identical malfunctioning USB ports. I was told I would receive an immediate refund as soon as the second defective machine had been received at the warehouse, but as of today Lenovo is telling me I have to file a dispute in order to get a refund. For years I was a die hard Lenovo fan. I've owned three Thinkpads and I still have an s110 Ideapad. Their service is really going downhill. Just a warning for those thinking of buying a lower end Ideapad.
