So I have a Core i7 920 @ 3.6GHz, GTX 285 @ 723/1614/1382. Would I be able to run my computer on a 52" Vizio at 1080P? Maybe not for games, but atleatst watching dvds or tv shows from the net? If so, how do I go about setting this up: what cables do I need, etc.

Also, I'm wanting to add a second GTX 285 sometime in the future. After adding this, how much smoother will things run on the Vizio? Thanks

My brother runs his Kuma and 9400GT on his high 40" samsung 1080p and it looks amazing. He plays his games and does everything on the tv. Going from one gtx 285 to two of them won't make a difference on how smooth it will run, since it will run probably perfect with the single 285. I say that because the 9400GT seems to run everything perfectly. What you need is a DVI (white) cable to get your maximum resolution. The DVI will only give you video, no sound. For a cable that will give you video and sound, get a HDMI cable. You can get an HDMI cable from newegg from as low as $10.
