Lightbulb Graphics Card for Dual Monitors

I'm looking for a cheap graphics card that will still provide two DVI slots for dual monitors. The monitors will likely be 24" and 1080P. Currently the PC has an Integrated AMD Radeon HD6530D with 1 hdmi out and 1 VGA out.

I managed to snag this computer for $350 for my father in law.
Lenovo H415 (30991PU) Desktop PC | Staples®

This is his work computer so it won't be for gaming. I'm not really sure how cheap is too cheap? I'm usually looking for a high end card for myself. What graphics card would suffice for this setup? Thanks for the help!

The cheapest PCI-E card with two DVI would be this one:
Newegg.com - ZOTAC Zone Edition ZT-50602-20L GeForce GT 520 (Fermi) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

As long as the computer has a 300W PSU you should be fine.

If you get some adapters (VGA to DVI, HDMI to DVI) you should be able to run dual monitors from the computer itself since it is running a FM1 APU.

Cool thanks! Wouldn't a VGA to DVI adapter lose the HD quality that normally comes through DVI?

Not really. Resolution is resolution. Unless he is working with some super duper monitors as a Photoshop pro there won't really be a difference.
