Do I need a special CPU cooler for the new 1150 motherboard + chips?

Hi.

I recently purchased a new Intel i7-4770k and a ASRock Z87E-ITX motherboard.

Will my CPU coolers that work on the socket 1155 motherboards work on the socket 1150 motherboard or are the holes different?

Is the chip size the same?

Etc.

From what I'm being told the 1156/1155 coolers work on 1150. Friends H80 worked without an adapter.
