i have resently bought a new computer...its a prebuilt comp from hp(its the hp pavilion a1250m) but to the question.

i was told by a friend that the ATI radeon xpress 200 runs at 128 mb but the system is showing me an out put of 256 MB. i was woundering if any one knows if my friend is infact right and that its a 128 and not 256MB?

I'll give it a shot. Your friend thinks your onboard graphics are using 128MB of RAM, but the system is showing that it is using 256?

The 256 includes everything running in your system... Windows, graphics, other programs.
