I deleted the items you suggested. There were two "O2" items that would not delete. I tried to delete them in safe mode, but they wouldn't budge.

It would be better if you ran the latest version of HijackThis as some older versions do not show everything and/or remove certain things.

Please download the latest version and make sure it is not in a temp folder

Its been over a year since I've ran Hijackthis on my computer. My computer has been slowing down and i'm looking to speed it up a little bit. What should I remove?
