I got this grey bar at the bottom of my iPhone Screen

I did some thing with my iPhone last night. I know have this grey / silver mesh bar at the bottom of my menu screen. Before this, it used to be my icons for iPod, Phone, Setting and Safari. However all these icons have now moved over to my menu and the bottom has been replaced with this grey / silver mesh bar.

I would like to get my original menu setting back. How do i fix this


[EDIT]What ever the problem is, it's a setting that I must of triggered. I just did a reset, and every thing was back to normal. However after I restored by data, the bar has once again returned.[/EDIT]

Go to setting then general and in there you will see reset all setings but make sure all your aps are backed up on iTunes first, my mail option dissapeared and resetting got it back then I reloaded all my aps and all is well now.

if you have jail broken the phone and have a dock program installed it will do that as well and you can disable it
