Indeed, but if you are playing an FPS you will suffer from input lag due to needing Vsync. I could only see this really being good in racing and FPS where you don't need any form of input lag.
 
That is exactly what I was thinking the whole time. They speak of the polling and the motion detection latency, but never how long it takes between moving your head or moving your mouse to when you see it. If you had Vsync it's gonna be longer since these are 60hz panels.
 
I'm hopeful that's an issue that will be resolved over time. Personally, I find the concept of VR to be quite amazing; and I'd be very disappointed if this helmet turned out to be useless for most games.
