Mobile location shopping company? I am not getting what you are exactly trying to say. Shop kick is an Android app which creates shopping app for smartphones and tablets, and it gives rewards to customers for going to shop and shopping. If you are saying that you want to create an app by which anyone can do shopping to a preferred location then I think it may already exist.
